Raheem is an independent service for reporting police conduct in the United States. They work to translate the lived experiences of people impacted by police violence into effective policy, officer accountability, and new narratives about how we keep our communities safe.

After the protests and awareness brought in 2020, we jumped into the opportunity to help the team at Raheem, working closely with founder and head of product to build a an easy to use Chat-bot that can be implemented to any website. We focused on creating a visual experience that felt human, fresh, and easy to use chat-bot and interface while staying faithful to the brand’s established brand assets and guideline.

Small widget, big mission

Raheem’s chatbot was created as a widget to be added on any website. Currently, to file a police report you either have to fill long forms in person or on a website, this sorta of experience can deter people from want to report because it feels like a hassle.

We wanted to create an experience that was short, sweet and to the point. An experience that was so easy to use they would do it again and recommend others to use.
